Our Story
About OMR
OMR became a reality after co-founder and former Congressman Rick Berg traveled throughout North Dakota and found it hard to get back to his family without losing days to travel. The solution was found by sharing an aircraft that allowed Rick to make day trips all over the state and return home the same day.
OMR is a third-party administrator of owner-operated aircraft. We assist owner-operators in the ownership and operation of their aircraft, and we oversee aircraft for owner partnerships. We provide services related to aircraft maintenance, hangar space, pilot services, aircraft insurance, and the purchase and sale of membership units in the legal entities that own the aircraft.
